If you don't know what ADB stands for, you never used any command line tool etc., please, scroll down to the OPTION D and follow the tutorial of the ClockWorkMod recovery installation. It contains pictures, so it should be very easy to follow.

HOW TO INSTALL:

7. Read the promps carefully, next one will read: “If phone isn’t loaded, it is necesarry to flash this file through Flash Tool! Install patched boot to phone?” Again, click YES there.

8. And next prompt: “Install created recovery to phone”, select YES one more time..

9. And, final prompt: “To reload phone to recovery?”, click YES and your Elephone will reboot to newly installed ClockWorkMod recovery..

Sorry to hear that. If installation using MobileUncle doesn’t work (as it really does not for some versions) there’s no other way how to install the recovery without a PC…

Yes, with stock recovery you won't be able to install any custom ROMs.

"How to uninstall it and put CWM Recovery?

I'm probably not getting your point – in the thread above I described 4 different ways, how custom recovery could be installed. Which one of the 4 options have you tried to follow?

Sorry, I cannot state that clearly – as I don't have P3000 to test it on. Definitelly, applying the "recovery.img" won't work. Try to use: Option D from the above on your own risk..
