You can also refer to this flash guide:
1. Decompress the package, find the SP Flash Tool. Or download here: SP flash tool or SP_MDT_W1428 
2. Double click the flash tool application.
3. Click download, then you click Scatter-loading.
4. Open the firmware folder.
5. Click “MTXXXX Android scatter” txt file.
6. The interface will like the picture showing below.
7. Click Download.
8. Click your phone to computer via USB cable.
9. It will download automatically, when the progress bar is full, it means the flash is finished.
This is the F3 rom, not F3 Pro. This will brick your F3 Pro

I just flashed th firmware from Tozzifan and it works without any issues.
Some things I did not know and others might find usefull:
Download flash tool v5 and VCOM drivers from here: spflashtool.com

I did not remove the battery, i just powered off the phone and then plugged the cable in. Also in flash utility i set it to Download Only not Firmware upgrade
I tried to update and now the phone will not light! can you help me please
did you try keeping vol up + power button?
We need a tutorial for F3_pro indicating step by step what we need to do, I tried to flash tool and works not with the phone on or off.
Remember the F3.pro can not remove the battery.
Someone has udgrade zip file?

Hi, yesterday I flash f3 pro with tutorial from "mboeru" – up in the list. I install drivers -like in youtube -preloader, with sp flash tool i put everything like he is- download only and turn off my phone. When i plug my phone to usb pc recognize it and start flashing at once (battery inside phone-nonremovable).
I have used sp flash tool last one which recognize mtk 6753. One day test and everything work fine but now i wait for root…If anybody root this phone give us guide..Tnks "mboeru"
I successfully rooted my phone using a recovery posted on a russian site. I'll upload it later because I don't remember exactly the site
But the carliv recovery posted there does not fit perfectly the phone. I flashed super su zip using adb sideload, to have root.

It supports the internal memory, so flashing zips from memory, and backups work perfectly
New working recovery built by me submitted for review. Will appear soon on the F3 Pro area. Confirmed working backups and zip flashing.
HI,Today, I was updated my F3-pro to R19-2015.11.17 by wirelessly update.
It's can move third-party camera apps (camera360. Camera-FV5.etc…) without crash.
Very Happy!!
But,If you have already changed other recovery.img, you must restore to the original recovery.img before updating to R19.
My model is the dark wood one. His original firmware seem To be dated from the 18.11.2015. Even after reflashing, no way To make the camera work properly. Maybe a reflash with an older FW ? I've contacted the seller,but no answer For now.
