   Hello, Can you please rebackup this file, to include userdata etc. and also can you please check if the motherboard ID is A872_M_V1.1 T

   I hope you can disassemble the to take a look at the motherboard ID, it is not working to my unit.

     Addition Info, The screen only shows blank black, then restart, When charging the Battery Icon is showing but then shows blank the reboot again. Looks like the backup file is not completed USERDATA, CACHE image is needed I think to make this work.
