I don't have to much time to expand, but in a few steps (the rest you can google):

    0. decompress the driver si spflah.zip and recovery-carliv.rar into folders of your choosing (this is not a tutorial on unzipping so you should look for it on the internet. also if you don't know nothing about PCs, arhiving and so on, you shouldn't be doing this –this is a general word for every user that doesn't know how to do it: learn from google or don't do it)

    1. Have windows 7 on PC (probably will work with other windows as well, but I couln'd test it)

    2. install the driver you find in driver si spflash.zip with phone connected to pc (usb debug activated on phone)

    3. open spflash

    4. go to download section of spflash

    5. load into spflash the scatter file for mt6735 that you can find in Gionee_F103_0203_T5616 archive OR in google drive link, under custom recovery folder (also there is explained how to use spflash) –you should also have automatically loaded mtk all in one database for spflash from the spflash folder

    6. in the table below, in spflash, unmark all fields except recovery (preloader, mbr…and so on should not be marked, ONLY recovery should be marked)

    7. click on the location column where it intersects with recovery and load recovery-carliv.img from where you unzipped it

    8. UNPLUG your phone from pc and SHUTDOWN your F103 phone

    9. in splash press the green down arrow DOWNLOAD button on left-top of the table

    10. plug in your phone. you should see a bar under the table that is at first loading in red, then in yellow or green

    11. you should see a big ok on the screen

    12. unplug your phone from PC's USB

    13. turn your phone on by pressing VOLUME UP + POWER button the same time

    14. you should have another recovery now.

for ROOT (only after you have the above custom recovery in place

    1. open your phone, plug it into PC, put into transfer file mode (should be like that automatically)

    2. transfer supersu.zip from your PC into your phone in a location you know how to find (like External CARD:\downloads) –please don't put stupid questions likle how to transfer a file from pc to phone, or how to use windows explorer to do it, i won't answer, you have GOOGLE for it

    3. close your phone

    4. open your phone into recovery (press VOLUME UP + POWER in the same time

    5. go to second menu using volume down. enter it using power button

    6. select supersu.zip from where you put it (if you put it on external card, you should probably look into /storage/sdcard1 the go to downloads

note: controls for recovery: VOLUME UP = GO UP

    VOLUME DOWN = GO DOWN

    POWER = ENTER

    7. ENTER on supersu.zip, volume down, select YES –Install supersu.zip

    8. wait until it finish ok

    9. reboot your phone (main menu of recovery, reboot your phone)

after reboot, choose the left button when it asks if you want to fix the boot. ignore or no. if you choose the right button it will (probably) remove your boot.

BIG NOTE (also general use, i don't speak only to the user that asked me to detail the process, maybe i don't speak with him at all –if he knows thing): IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND IF YOU HAVE TO PUT MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO DO IT, JUST DON'T DO IT. ROOT IS NOT FOR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO BREAK THEIR PHONES, IF YOU HAVE TO ASK QUESTIONS AND QUESTIONS YOU PROBABLY ARE GOING TO INSTALL BAD PROGRAMS AFTER YOU GET THE ROOT. SO BE AWARE THAT YOU MAY LOOSE YOUR PHONE!!

This software comes without any warranty, so don't come to me if you wreck your phone after you use it the wrong way!

If there are mistakes on the process I exemplified above and you see it, please correct it by posting another comment. As I said, my time is limited in writing these thing, I have to work. When I will have millions of euros or dollars i will probably have time to write more :D

Also, some things I could do or things that work better after the recovery+root was installed:

    - install xposed

    - install busybox

    - have boot manager working on Clean Master ( i use it instead of Boot Manager from xposed, it's better in my view)

    - have more standby battery time, after debloat and after using boot manager

    - debloat

    - things go smoother now (I have the 1 GB ram phone :( ->but works as it should now )

    - modules from xposed that i use: Xposed Custom Error, Screenoffanimation, WanamKit (for circle battery in navbar –Gravity Box didn't work on this heavily modified AMIGO UI), yourtube, backupallapps, batteryhomeicon, no device check, play store fixes, youtube background playback. I didn't install yet, but probably will, OGYoutube and OG Youtube fix login

    - i deleted the sms application from system and replaced it with messenger from google (put the apk in the /system/app and reboot, then choose default sms the new app, then remove the other using a root manager >i used ES file exploer with root rights >from the left menu you can ask for them >use google to ask other questions about it if interested)

    - SE Linux Mode Changer

    - Pimp My Rom >init.d >i did not do it, only installed Pimp My Rom, but I think is possible

    - the sistem is very stable and very fast as it should have been from the start (I have allview x2 soul and they put about 200 mb more bloat in there and it worked like crap. then i flashed the f103 soft on it –the one from the archive –then recovery and root, and all of the above –also about 65 user apps –2.4 gb –and works far better than allview's crappy software (at first that operated normally too, but after 5-6 days it would laaaag. This firmware has already 10 days of use and it keeps getting better and better with root)

You are right, I didn't notice that. I've updated the drive with a .zip of the scatter, you can download it separately. Good luck!
