I have built a working TWRP. You though cannot root this phone using TWRP because a boot image patch is required.

there is a auto boot patcher which will patch the boot image, so that root will work. I havent tried it. You need root to remove unwanted apps, what I did was unpacked the system image and removed the unwanted apk' s from the system image. I then repacked the image and flashed it, now I do not have any bloatware in my phone and I dont need root, the TWRP is enough to take a backup and restore when required.
