After i bought this Phone i installed another rom with Google gapps. Now i don't have wifi and bluetooth. It does not matter which rom i install, wifi and bluetooth can not be turned on. I hope you can help me out or give me Some advise.

Sorry, I cannot help you. I am more familiar with MTK phones.
Do a factory reset, install the stock rom, do a factory reset again, and do not install all the crap you can find out there.
I have a question. I have flashed on my Iuni U2 (32/3 Gb) vanilla kk rom, but that rom was for 16 Gb version, my phone is working but has now only 16 Gb memory. I tried and flash official rom 32Gb and custom roms for 32 Gb, those are working also, but with 16 Gb still, i don't know what I could do. Now I returned at Walton Primo Z ROM (vanilla kk) again, this rom was flashed with GNQC Download (flash tool). Give me an solution if you can.

The site is chinese but you can translate it with google. There you can find some roms for the 32 GB version but no multilang roms thoug.

I will ask them help for my device ….I understand that I will need help with PIT files for repartition internal memory and also need the producer flashing tool to flash original rom with those PIT files

No, absolutely not. It is for IUNI U2 16GB and it has a qualcom chipset.
