     The rom is multi-language, it hte stock one when you get it from the seller.

   how do you enable the custom launcher and lock screen that came with the phone as I had it when i bought the phone but this rom doesnt seem to have it?many thanks

     Make Factory data reset in Backup and Restore menu and you will get LG logo after that. BTW allways do Factory data reset after flashing.

    In my case phone came with LG theme. I flashed it with this firmware and was applied white theme. I was made a Factory data reset and after that phone applied LG theme.
