     No cm 14.1 rom does have the theme changing feature for now.

   Bug Reporting

   1. Charging while phone OFF will have charging animation changes automatically 

   2. While dialing any number, phone switch to Do Not Disturb mode for a while and switch back to regular automatically.

   This were present in all builds.

   I don't know if anyone else is having this issue with ALL Android 7.*.* Roms from Needrom for Z& Max, but for me the only issue that bugs me is the Lock screen not responding to my swipes to unlock. Sometimes it can take 5 or 6 tries before it finally works. Its the only reason i still use CM12.1.
