Yes there is root in option "security". For Russian I'm sorry…
Try now and camera work fine front and back. If you want try, take camera.apk from rom Redmi 1 with mtk processor and replace with root explorer..

I confirm to only front camera is detected + very slow, slugish room also a lot errors while using. deleted
