Download the archive file, decomrpess it, and flash recovery.img with Flashtool (DOWNLOAD ONLY mode) using stock ROM scatter
Make sure path in Flashtool points to TWRP recovery image
Untick all, but recovery
Hit download, and connect Jiayu S3+ (while powered off, battery inserted) to PC
