Can someone please explain which updates I can install?

1: Back up your phone, Download Zip file(Do not Unzip) Place on SD card
2: Flash with twrp . ( In recovery choose ''Install ROM.zip from SD '')
3: Reboot the phone after installed Rom.
Instead of TWRP, can i use CWM to flash (in recovery "install ROM.zip from SD)

Good rom Bader but google+ wont syncronize some contacts and games like clash of clans wont start.
Got message like google+ not reachable. Equal if update or clean install. Version 4.3 still the best.

did it bader. downloaded also all apps new from play store but same problem with google+. wired. i know. try it once again tomorrow.

Every time i install a update or a new rom i lose my imei and get nvram error. Is there a permanent fix?

There is an APK for IMEI backup and restore here : http://forum.hovatek.com/showt.....ead.php?tid=231
I use this reguarly when testing roms, works perfectly, small and unovtrusive, just keep the APK on your SD and reinstall once you have loaded the new ROM. I also have the issue with NVRAM, once again use the following, keep a copy of the files on your SD and follow the steps:
Prerequisites:
(i) you have a backup of valid IMEI of your phone (both sim slot).
(ii) you have a rooted phone.
(iii) you have one stable file explorer installed on your phone that can access system files.
(iv) you have nvram folder created and visible in your phone (Ideally there are Three folders + Two files. Folders are named as 'APCFG', 'dm', 'md' and Files are named as 'BackupFlag', 'RestoreFlag')
Step # 1: Extract a good copy of the WIFI and WIFI_CUSTOM files from a ROM (let me know if you need a copy of the files)
Step # 2: Copy these two files (extracted) to your SD card
Step # 3: Navigate to system\data\nvram\APCFG\APRDEB (You will find two files here 'WIFI' and 'WIFI_CUSTOM')
Step # 4: Replace both these files with the good ones.
Step # 5: Reboot your phone and ENJOY
