Very nice ROM! Only notification-led has a bug: Lights up only once or twice after receiving an unanswered phone call. A fix would be fantastic.

Ok, download was fine, I found the problem and now I using this ROM.  I am on the 2nd day and it is behaving very well. Stable.

Antutu benchmark is still bellow 30000 like with the original ROM that came with the phone. Since this ROM is almost half the size I was expecting it to boos the performance more than it did. But the use of the phone seems more fluid than with the original ROM.

For others out there, When using TWRP to install the ROM, do not check "Verify zip file signature" because it fails and stops there. This was my problem last time.

Also, the ROM comes with 2 or 3 apps in chinese, most important would be the app store. But I went to the app store icon, I searched for "Google paly". On the result list it is easy to identify the google playstore icon, click on the icon, then on the app page there is a green button at the bottom that starts the download. After that you have a working Google palystore.

Installing Titanium backup, worked well, but I needed to intall super su from progrmammer chainfire. This ROM seems to be rooted, but Titanium Backup was not being able to execute "su", after super su, it started working allright.

With Titanium Backup, I removed all the chinese apps, and the phone still works perfectly.

If you are looking for a ROM with more than Enlgish/Chinese. This ROM gave me a big list of languages to choose from when I first installed it. I like to use "English UK" and worked well.

The Camera app is very simple, but I liked better the one that came in the default ROM, because it has good manual settings mode.

I wish this ROM had somewhere, a place to choose silent shutter sound for the camera.

Veredict – Good ROM so far. If it keeps working well I think I will keep it for a long time.

Future: I don't know how the updates for the ROM work… there is an update functionality there… but it says I have nothing to update… It would be great that improvements and bug fixes would be possible to get without having to reisntall a newer version of the ROM, but just simply run the included updater.

just installed. everything is working. camera, video, Bluetooth, 3g, Wi-Fi. On first boot I got scared – first thing I saw was some Chinese gibberish. I already thought that i have downloaded Chinese rom. but after you get to select language (cm12 languages, over 50 i would say) and everything works like a charm. As @dreamerworks mentioned before, out of the box there are two or three Chinese apps, which u can disable with no problem. So first impression is very good and in compare with stock rom – it’s like day and night.

I do not speak english fluently, so my apologize.

I downloaded the TWRP but I could not install it, I don't know why. So I used "Rashr-Flash Tool" to flash the TWRP recovery.img, it worked for me finelly.

First I made a back up of the stock rom with the TWRP, then I proceeded to install the Mokee rom. The first start was long, about 10-15 minutes but everything was ok.

First impression: just downloaded since 02 days only, but I prefer this custom rom than the rom stock, despite some little default as the notification led works half the time. I used some apk like "led blinker or light manager" but the problem is the same. The alarm clock did not worked.

Just after installation, there is no google playstore and I downloaded and flashed the google apps for arm64 at http://opengapps.org/ .It works great.

There is any chineese application but you can uninstall them easily with "désinstalleur app système" it's free.

To activate root, you must go to "developper options" > enable "root acces".

In conclusion: With the original rom, my phone was slow and used so much ram, with the Mokee rom I found a new phone and I dont regret my choice, everything is ok or almost…

I will keep this rom on my phone.

No “Developer Options” over here. I have “MoKee Center” where it used to be on CM.

Arrrgh, I forgot: need to tap ” Build Number” in “About Phone” section 7 times to make it come up.
