Tried it and it works very well. The only problem I have is the battery life of the cellphone…

I leave it charging during the night, unplug it when I leave home for work and when I go to bed I have to put it to charge again. The only things I use is send some sms throughout the day, some calls and I barely connect the Wi-Fi.

Is this a general issue with this phone model or should I consider getting a new battery?

How did you do it Webchuzz?

I have tried with the scatter file, but only get the following message:
Error: Initializing scatter file failed. Please check the name of scatter file which you load is legal.

Why do I get this error?
I am trying to flash my ZTE v889s phone with new software.

I flashed this rom by using Lewa Recovery, I didn't use the SP Flash Tool.

Does anyone know how to get back the original ZTE ROM, currently have LEWA. On the official site ZTE potoji an update ROM, but those were dead ends such as installing it.

I also flashed by using Lewa Recovery. For those who aren't able to read Chineese, I used the tutorial: http://www.needrom.com/recovery-with-lewa/

The only thing I have problems with is the Music app. It crashs right after start and did not change with all the updates. I have to use a different music player.

    Anything else runs very smoothly.

A shortcut to applications seems to be missing

I saw the same necessary function. I download the lasted version and doesn't come with a shortcut to organize the apps, and all apps are in the desktop area. This is not good.

Is anyone know how to solve the problem with shortcuts? I recently installed the lasted version here and all apps are in desktop area, doesn't have a shortup organizer to put all apps in the same place.
