Yes has both 13 & 8MP cameras. Potuguese language is there. Best rom for battery life I've used, -0.4%/hr with screen off, wifi on & 1 sim. Yes install using CWM.

I doubt that NFC will work with this rom as the kernel is from the earlier version without NFC
Home button won't light up. How do I fix?
The Menu and Back buttons both light up fine.
I've no idea as I think it maybe a framework issue. Actually I don't mind that it doesn't light up
