Run this program as an administrator, select Scatter-loadeing file folder with firmware "MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt".
Push the button "Download"
Take out the battery from the phone. Insert the battery in the phone.

How to configure GPS?
Procedure
Set on the phone the correct date , time, time zone
Set Faster GPS https://play.google.com/store/.....d=org.fastergps (needs Root). Select your country and region
Next on the phone keypad to dial *#*#3646633#*#*
Select the tab (Location> Location Based Servise> EPO) put the check Enable EPO and Auto Download. ( Need WiFi or mobile internet for downloading files EPO)
Back on (Location> YGPS> Information) click Full, and then Cold, then A-GPS restart.
Back on (Location> YGPS> Sattelites), relies phone back cover on the window and wait for the signal to be recorded . Operation may take 1-15 minutes. A red dot on a blue background , at the end of the operation, they will be green . Exit the menu YGPS and engineering . Turn off the Internet . Leave the menu only place position data to a satellite GPS.
