Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6572_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
It worked for me, but I can't fix the imei problem. When i try to change them with Mtk droid tools give the error: ERROR :pttycmd1 device NOT found! Who solved this problem?

Try another rom, baseband is not working for your device i guess.

I solved all the problems, this sofware can work with three tricks:
first of all, rename the file scatter in the folder "file to flash tool", as MT6572_Android_scatter_emmc
second, move the file userdata_nvram_only.ext4, in the folder files to flash tool
Third, download the firmware for the mini s4 f9192 on this site, unzip it and copy the file cache.img, folder file to flash tool.
Now open the program spflashtools, you need version SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1316.0.150 (the always find where you downloaded the firmware for the mini s4 f9192 https://www.needrom.com/mobile.....mini-f9192-zlr/)
spflashtools now open, select scater MT6572_Android_scatter_emmc loading, click on firmware upgrade, only now, connect the phone without battery, and after 1 second, insert the battery: paziantate a few seconds and your phone will be like new!
