what you need :
1. Root and CWM
2. the rom zip file
3. the latest gapps for jellybean from goo.im
Flash via CWM , copy zip on internal SD
wipe cashe , wipe dalvik …
install zip. file from SD .
install Gapps for jb latest ( from goo.im )
wipe the same as before ,
boot takes a while ( when longer as 5 min. , go to recovery and wipe data factory reset )

Instal MobileUncle MTK Tools. Download this recovery and copy in internel memory. Also need to get root (http://www.shuame.com/en/root/) . After this, select the item "recovery update" and select the downloaded file before.

I like the rom very much but when I lock the screen I cannot unlock it again. I just get a black scree until I restart it again
maybe you have also sim pin ?! try to disable the SIM pin by inserting the sim to another phone than disable the pin. Than enter sim again the miui rom phone. maybe it helps…to me helped with another version of miui

Smart stay and air gesture i dont find in miui , but it give apps to simulate .

Before i had an umi x2 and each frieday there was an unnofficial update. And the Rom was in the official miui download. i dont find kingzone there thats why i was asking if the author keeps updating or not.

Thanks for all the hard work. I've been using this ROM for a few days and find it more stable than the other version of MIUI here on Needrom for the K1T. The only problem I'm having with it is that the back camera is detected as 8 Mpx (not 14 as it is supposed to). I have decided to stick to this ROM since that setback is minor, but I'd love to get the full res images if possible. Is there a way that can be fixed?
