Newest rom for G5S( G5S-20140422-120813)
Changed partition size to 10 Gb internal Storage/4 GB Phone Storage
included CWM Recovery ( CWM starts only pluged usb in )
root included ( you have to turn on SU in security settings!)
Work on my G5S Octa Core, flash at own risk with Flashtools (included)
Make a backup first.
Flashing :
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Who flashed this Rom? And can say something about the performance, GPS, bugs, new things etc? What is different when compared to the previous Rom?
i flashed this rom two days ago… until now, i have a crash trying to make a photo, and a bug, when listening radio the volume of the sound remainig at the same level, even is set to minimum…
I face the same problem. When I try to make photos with flash, phone reboot. This also appear on original firmware. I dont know if it's a hardware problem, but only happen some times…so it's really strange.
But for me radio is fine.
my laptop cannot find driver for mt65xx….
My problem with this rom is that I cannot take pictures. While it is saving the photo, it freezes. When I use the front camera everything is ok. Video is also ok !!!! Anybody knows something?
