ROM Install:
CWM
Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
1-Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
2- Backup your data
3-Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
4-Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
5- Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
PS: i have many apps installed. you can delete nthem if you dont like it.
If you like the rom you can choose for donation then i can go further with dev the rom.
Internal memory and sdcard bothe is possible to mount it from the PC.
Rom is rooted, RootExplorer and SuperUser are installed
Enjoy the rom

maybe from, mobileuncle tools app then to the engineer mode mtk, then to simme lock. i did't do it but maybe u can disable it.
of from factory mode mtk not cwm mode but the factory mode. i think you disable it there. succes

i tried to flash a new version but maybe it was the wrong version.
i have a hdc galaxy s4 gt-i9500.
i dont know exactly the build number: anything with jdq39.i9500xxuamde or jdq39.i9500xxuamdk.
it has 2gb ram and 4 gb rom.

I think you hase flash a wrong preloader.
look for a right rom here for your phone. flash first the stock rom if you want to flash this rom
