1. Place rom on SD Card

2. Reboot to Recovery

3. Wipe Data, Cache And Dalvik Cache

4. Install Rom and reboot

Connection/Server Problem on first boot? Just reboot to fix.

No keyboard on first boot? – Open Google Keyboard in App Drawer (Menu) and select it (even though its already checked)

Changelog -

Removed unwanted apps (inc Baidu keyboard)

Added Home key wake fix

Change First Boot Screen (Remove Chinese writing)

Added Apps in /data (Can be uninstalled easily)

    If you get "cant connect to google servers just reboot and go through gapps setup ;)
