Installation:
Via SPFlashtools:
Download the zip file and uncompress it, inside you have the recovery.img and the scatter file needed for flashtools installation. Ussual way to proceed with flashtools.
Very important, when you get the green tick, disconnect your device and boot on recovery mode, in case you don´t do that and you restart system normally this recovery will be changed by the system for the original one.
Via Mobiluncle app:
Mobiluncle install and open app, select change recovery and click on the file TWRP_MDS_recovery.img, accept, and accept, the phone restarts in recovery with the new version MDS.
Via other TWRP:
Boot on recovery mode, pick install and then image, browse where you have the files TWRP_MDS_recovery.img and then just install.

Hi parce, Now we are neighbors, thank you, this is a work of feyoMX and master icemanIT.
Very nicely done, gracias! The only version that functioned as intended (out of 3 tried). Worked fine with oem Lenovo adb driver installed, no scatter error, installed recovery image.
Flashed it twice successfully before rebooting to recovery using the "start download in flash tool then plug usb cord into phone then put battery back in really fast" method .
Was able to install "Clean OS" .zip from storage via TWRP immediately.
