Installation:
- Unpack A850 Stock S123.zip
- Open SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1320.0.163
- run Flash_tool.exe
- select MT6582_Android_scatter in "rom dump" folder
- Choose Option -> USB Mode, click USB Mode
- Choose Option -> DA DownLoad All -> Speed -> High Speed -> click High Speed
- Check option "DA DL All With Check Sum"
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- Connect phone via USB
- Click Firmware -> Upgrade
- When a green circle appears, you can disconnect USB, reseat the battery and power up your device. It will take several minutes for it to boot up.

u need to write only english – nobody understand if you are writnig polish.
ther is no music player in this rom – you can instal something from google play for example play music or power amp.
The build in email client crash. You can setup an account, but not survive to open a message.
The contact manager (ideafriend*.apk) want constantly to upgrade but never succied. It manage to download his new version and that's it. I tried to do it manualy with no success. Ended up recovering the phone(with backup, factory reset or flashing the phone. make your pick
).
Tried to talk with skype custom support for these two issues. Still no answer about them.
Regardless the upper issues the rom is stable an is faster than any other that I have come around. AnTuTu score is 16829 just with a stock rom(the current) and without any tweaks whatsoever.

I flashed on Windows XP, after using VMWare Virtual XP.
Now it says…invalid IMEI
You have damaged your nvram… No permanent solution yet been published for A850… But you can write a temporary IMEI which will work fine but will be deleted after reset or reflash. Usually you will not reset your phone.. So it is not that bad . You will also find the problem in wifi as you damaged your nvram. Sometime you will find nvram warning error = 0×10 error. Solution for this is different.
Done without error!
But some bugs when pressing home button / back to home error "Unfortunately Settings has been stopped" in 2-3 second.. but, it is a small error…

I've lost 3 whole days for this…
Your phone should be rooted to do this and you should have installed root explorer in your phone. Download the software from https://www.mediafire.com/down.....EI_Tool_cmd.rar
and go to the mtk writer folder and read the instruction file.
cmd->run as administrator
cd (Path of the mtk writer folder)
then follow instruction.
If you face any problem mail me a.aftub@gmail.com and you may face problem of find your 2nd imei if you do not store it before. Don't worry there is way to find the 2nd imei also

Yes. I have tried almost all the rom in needrom. I found the same problem of crushing settings. You can install the russian rom. It supports mutilanguage and G-apps.
