DESCRIPTION
This is an Android 4.4.2 ROM for the Tenda S5 G9000!
A new modified Stock ROM from 10.07.2014 with working Frontcam and 13 Megapixel Backcam is now online!

Installation:
Install the Firmware via Flashtool (I use SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1352.01).
Important: Prior to going the first launch recovery, and there perform a factory reset. For this purpose, use the supplied Recovery! Warning: All Userdata lost! The firmware is not for daily use!
The firmware has been thoroughly tested by me! Everything works very well!
For rooting the two files boot.img and recovery.img to flash, then go to recovery and install SuperSU-v1.80.zip, then flash the original recovery, because this does not work with the factory recovery wipe!
P.S. Its a new Version, fixed Camera and GPS!

my phone is constantly restarting after the flash. Help please! I see only welcome screen then it restarts and restarts
Everything is OK, I was so worried. Had to do a combination of buttons and wipe it. I will check the GPS and write. It is 4.4.2
looking good so far:
GPS is still bad. I have put some aluminium to help for positioning, but it is still crap. Maybe it is the reciever.
there is some kind of a freeze for half second on homescreen
locking wallpaper are still only these 5-6 pictures and cannot use others
everything else looks amazing for the moment cheers
cannot write APN, tried to root, but no success
I ran gpsfix and gps status (available from playstore) and my gps now picks up sats

just tried flashing it and it is now stuck on the initial bootup welcome screen
I installed it with the seperate recovery and boot files.
Any ideas welcomed

Ok i found the 3g i had to select another access point in network settings.
Is this official rom?
managed to get it too work! I flashed the scatter that comes with rom , then flashed the recovery file seperatly, then went in to recovery and wiped cash and formated data.

quick question, any chance of getting some of the ported bits from L on the next version?
also I have posted a reply at the end of the official kingelon rom to let people know that tengda s5 roms work on our phones, I wonder if you guys creating roms here would also be able to post them there too help others find them easier than I did.
