Make sure you are on stock lollipop or a lollipop/marshmallow based custom rom. From V2 it can be flashed from KitKat also Flashing directly from KitKat is creating problem. Flash it from LP/MM based ROM only
Wipe system/data/dalvik cache/cache partiton
install rom zip
Flash the gapps without booting into system
reboot and enjoy

Hi, which Lollipop version could I flash previously to install this one? There are only kitkat versions.
I flashed this rom from a 4.4.4 stock rom (slightly modified by me) with no problems, but I need the 64 bits version of this gapps.
