Auto Tool boot & recovery v2.0 for arm

ONLY armv7(32bit)

Feature : More from previous version

1. Add flash menu boot.img and recovery.img

2. Add menu port twrp v3.0.2-7, but only support 32bit version.

3. Unpack and repack fix error.

NOTE : Mobile phone used test twrp.

 - lava iris708
 May not be tested with all models. But you can take it to test your own version.
