This is not the stock rom, it is the update,which kills the fingerprint reader.

It seems like Ulefone's Be Touch 3 ROMs are faulty : you need to replace the LK.BIN (display driver) file within the ROM you download here (in the "software" foler) before flashing.
I cannot find this LK.BIN file over the internet.
