   1. Do all wipes except internal memory and memory card.So:
   
   You went into a mod-rekaveri TWRP . Goto Wipe \ ADVANCED, we put daws opposite: Dalvik Cache, System, Cache, Data,Do the Swipe to Wipe.
   
   2. Wipe is finished. Go to the main menu mod-recovery. There we go to Install. In the Install section looking for sdcard, where You downloaded the firmware
   
   3.Click on the zip file, a window will appear with Swipe to Install. Do Swipe to Install and it will begin the firmware installation
   
   4.At the end of the firmware,phone will reboot

     Hi, i not  expert. My BV500 id dad. I don t have possibility to open usb … nothing. When i go on the phone is running and in display just logo and not do anysing. Please HELP ! I don t have recovery backup …

   Do you have links to the official spflashtool version of the Blackview_V07_20160304 or is it a custom rom?

   I cant seem to find it on Blackview's website  :(

     The first link is the 0.7 version for Flashtool the Second link is a 0.5 version for Flashtool

    Hi Jafercore,

    I have Blackview BV5000 with Factory ROM 0.5 ( https://mega.nz/#!Cs0mHY6D!9Ot.....-2OEZumrfN4OOhM ), as you provided. However, this ROM only has factory recovery, and no root.

    Would you know if there is a working TWRP (the one from end of last year 2.8.7.0 does not work on it) for this ROM 0.5 or even for the lastest 0.7 (March) ROM, please ?
