To solve this problem try this:

install MTK enginering mode app/MTK sttings/hardware testing/audio/normal mode/type(mic)/change all LEVEL 0-14 value to 150 and save it with SET button/restart the phone and test Mic volume/

Sip volume to 160 all of 6 level,and last value is mut be on maximum 255 !
