I don't know about bugs, I ported this long time ago but I was too lazy to upload.
Photo number 4 is using a substratum theme, since this rom has OMS support, that's not the normal notification panel (or not that I remember)
What I like the most about this ROM is the camera looks just like stock rom, good quality!

sadly, you won't find
we can toggle 60 fps in software but our hardware isn't made for running more than 30fps so it will run simply bad, because our cpu wasn't made for processing more than 30 fps
Can you turn off 60 fps in youtube app? It activates automatically when it is sure that the internet connection is fast enough and then video is choppy af. Thanks!
I ported this ROM long time ago and I didn't know how to disable 60fps, i'll try to help you.

ok but careful flashing in other roms may cause bugs such as wrong display id and etc
I figured out what you did in build.prop so I modified cm 13 to get 720 p 30 fps. It is better than 7.1.2 because there is no openGL crashes. Thanks man for the fix.
