DESCRIPTION

This is the first stable version CM 12.1 lollipop 5.1.1 for ZOPO ZP998

2016/01/06 Change log::

FULLLLLL STABLE

Before:

Rom: Komu 1.03 Stock KitKat

Recovery: TWRP_ZP998_2.8.4.0_rublix

1. Go into recovery

2. Wipe Data, System, Cache, Davlik cache

3. Flash CM12.1 rom

4. Reboot

If you loose imei and dont have phone access: use MTK Droid Tools – > click IMEI/NVRAM -> Write your imei to both input (you can check it under your battery) and restart your phone

If anything goes wrong just go back to stock Rom: Komu 1.03 Stock KitKat anytime with MTK Flash tools.

I am happy to see that there is someone who will do ZP998 updates for Lollipop and trying repair errors in ROMs. Thank you for your work!

Very good job!
After first day of use my experiences:
-the ROM is fast, but the UI is not as fast as the stock KitKat
-the auto-rotation and the auto-brightness features do not work
-there is no smart wake, like "double click to wake screen" which I think is a must, and maybe it is not too complicated to include it in this ROM, because the ZOPO 140902 kernel support this feature
-if somebody set the screen DPI value other then 400 the sensors do not work
-the video camera only support QVGA resolution and most of the apps alert that there is no camera on this device
BTW, keep up the good work!

Very good job with the update, a lot of things work now. Does the calendar sync with the google account works well?

Good day
After install IMEI invalid. Can not access Engineering Mode. Tried MTK Droid Tools and *#*#3646633#*#* -> both methods do nothing.

Hopefully this is easy to fix.

I always do backup IMEI with Mobile Uncle Tools (ROOT is necessary) before flash any ROM. Restore from same app after flash.
