wow thanks for your special answer, i can say i tried a bunch of solutions, the card is recognized by both Ubuntu and Windows. So it isn't any hardware failure.
I remember there was a solution: First install lollipop stock, then upgrade to MM, after that install given twrp and then install this type roms. May be this type special solutions can help.
