First you must have this recovery installed: RECOVERY – Official Recovery MDS-TWRP 3.0.2-5 Lemon by JDesing [11/02/16] Or similar.
Installation Instructions:

Make a backup of your device before installing ROM.
Be sure to have the phone with more than 60% battery.
Copy the downloaded ZIP in the Root of the SD card (If you have problems you have to format the SD).
Turn off the Phone.
Start in Recovery Mode and do not release until you see the Recovery Logo.
Press Wipe> Right Slider, when we finish we go back and Restart in Recovery mode.
Wipe > Advanced Wipe, We dial everything except the SD card and (OTG if it exists) and we slide to the right
Once you do the Advanced Wipes, we go back and restart in Recovery mode (ask that there is no OS installed, we also restart) and on the back will ask if we want to enable writing mode and slide to allow.
When you start, press Install> Look for the ZIP on the SD card, click on it and slide the slider to the right and proceed to install.
Once you finish installing reboot only (It takes quite the first start, do not turn off the phone or you'll have to start from scratch)
First boot takes 5-10 minutes and device will have some reboots, because SuperSu installation.

Bro all the vibe ui based marshmallow roms for k3 are stable becoz the sources for this device are created by Lenovo officially. which these great guys turn into a superb and smooth roms

Regretting my today's attempt to try this ROM as it stopped in the middle of the installation process and actually BRICKED my phone
(which never happed before with any other ROM). However I have managed to unbrick it and restored my previous ROM.
