INSTALLATION PROCESS
1.- Download ROM and place any folder on the SD.
2.- Turn on the phone in recovery mode.
3.- Go to "Install Zip" and then to "Install zip from sdcard".
4.- Finally, select and install de ROM.

Hows the gps on this?? is it more good than 0521? and is the compass bug still present on this?
did not tested 0521, the gps locks.
Don't know about the compass bug, i use a map app that does not use the compass.
Tesla launcher 3.0 is out and i cannot update it. How can i remove it and reinstall from market?

Ok, the NovaLauncher that comes with the ROM is not official.
If you want the official, within the NovaLauncher settings under the NOVA tab, click on "check for updates" click the three dots on the upper left conner and select "self-update" and the APK will be in "internal_storage/data/com.teslacoilsw.launcher"
To update the launcher you need to replace the .apk in "/system/apk", the same goes for the UnreadTesla.
I advise to make a backup and i am not responsible for any damages done to your phone.
Try to find a package that have both or use the official versions, which i advise.
The .apk MUST have the same name.
I have installed the version 2 yesterday and so far the phone is working very well and fast. Thank you for the update.

Also noticed that, it never reaches maximum. I'm thinking in flashing the communication fix of May, but i don't know if i may mess up some cyanogen config.
