Is the full gapps file OK?I tried to download 4 times and it fails
@jxid: i only tried gapps mini. You can download all other stuff manualy from playstore.
@datan: I do not have any problem with earphone jack or handsfree. In case SD card, i have 16 gb sd card. Applications are normaly installed into internal storage. You can move them into SD card manualy without problem. If i plug data cable to PC, i can work with SD card without problem. I dont see any problem with SD card, external storage.
HINT: You do not have to install root patch. Cyanogenmod 12.1, Android 5.1.1 has secret options under developers menu, to enable root function (which is very known already).

@datan: Maybe try to reflash your rom once again. Be sure you clean cache and all stuff that is needed before installing ROM.
@agalloch, is't you internal storage are emulated? how you restore you IMEI?
@datan: I didnt restore my imea. I backuped it but i never had to restore it. Didnt even though about why should i do that. It looks like i didnt lose it.
Internal storage do not look like emulated, i didnt check it. Simply i really do not have any problem with this rom and this rom offers me everything what i need. All i need is working SD card to save apps there, working ROM to be able to use it, good health of baterry, full support for DUAL SIM and so….simply everything looks like its working without problem. I would invite already Cyanogenmod 13 port

2 sim cards. Phone is usually dual sim. Works perfectly.

i cant use any 3rd party vpn with this rom, like psiphon, hostpotshield and the like. im hoping for solution.
vpn app can connect, but it cant route its traffic to the vpn.
