Proper Flashing Instruction:
Flash with TWRP recovery
1.Wipe Cache, Dalvik Cache, Data and System.
2.Flash cyanogenmod.zip
3.Again wipe caches(cache and Dalvik Cache)*
4.Reboot system.
5.After Successfully booting give rest your phone upto 5 mins.(Using phone during this
period causes lag because lots of apps are installing in background)

Increase userdata size because only userdata mount as internal storage (Go back to my
previous post for increasing userdata).

And what do you mean: "Increase userdata size because only userdata mount as internal storage"?
Currently I am using 4GB for Apps, and 8.7GB for Photo, Music…
It's mean that I only have room for Apps?
Cm 12 rom ofcourse rooted . Userdata emulated as internal storage and if your userdata size is 4 gb then internal storage is 4gb. So increase userdata upto 12gb and this make your internal 12gb .

I have internal storage and phone storage.
If I Install this Rom – By default – How many GB go to internal storage and how many GB go to phone storage?
And if I increase userdata upto 12gb – Can I put there Apps, Photo, Music, Backups, Files..?
Userdata 12gb means 12gb internal storage and you can now store more data becuase now 4gb+8gb added and you use full space
First move all your important file store in phone storage to sdcard because phone storage not mount only userdata mount as internal storage (moderm rom mount emulate storage not different phone storage)
All custom rom use emulated storage and stock rom(miui,mlais,etc) mount phone storage not userdata

Use TWRP for backup and restore.

TWRP provide IMEI backup .Yup you can backup and restore using nandroid . its your choice.

Hi, i have been playing with these new Rom (Blisspop, RR and now cyanogem) and they are all great. I personaly like Blisspop and now cyanogem and last the RR (but this is based in my preferences).
From what i tested there isnt any noticeable bug (wich is wonderful). So far tested sim1 all available conect types and works great, the Bluetooth is also working good, paired it with car, pc and headset and its all crystal clear.
GPS tested it with Google Maps and with Sygic and its fast to get a fix and works without having breaks.
To resume up till now: So far so good!!!
I am going to keep exploring to see if i find something that can be called a bug.
