STEP 1 : BACKUP
BEFORE MAKE ANYTHING — IMPORTANT– BACKUP YOUR IMEI NUMBER WITH MOBILEUNCLETOOLS
Before installing the Rom you need to make a backup of your device in case something goes wrong. Do it with MTKDroidTools flashabile with FlashTool.
Those who have already installed the recovery TWRP they can make a second directly from recovery.
For the first, here is a guide to the procedure of backup, for the latest version of MTKDroidTools and drivers necessary for the proper use of the application Backup with MtkDroidTool
STEP 2 : RE-PARTITION OF THE MEMORY BEFORE INSTALLING AOSP ROM
Device rooted with Framaroot 1.93 or another program …
- Download Partition.rar and Install with SP-flashtool attached in rar, the Rom included (DG55_STOCK_7gb Partition_TWRP Recovery)
- Reboot. Everything should be ok
- This ROM already has TWRPRecoveryTouch that later we'll need to install the AOSP ROM V2.0.
INSTALL AOSP ROM
Download the custom ROM FILE.ZIP and copy to an external SD card root directory
ENTER TWRP RECOVERY :
Power off the phone, then do the following:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
IN TWRP perform a full WIPE –> WIPE–> ADVANCED WIPE–> SELECT
– Dalvik Cache
– Cache
– Data
Return to recovery main interface and Install zip from sdcard:
- Select your ROM FILE.ZIP –> It will launch my installation procedure
- At the end Reboot System – Patience required – first boot takes a while
AFTER FIRST BOOT, RESTORE YOUR IMEI NUMBER WITH MOBILEUNCLETOOLS
All done, Enjoy your new AOSP ROM!!
================= ATTENTION!!! =================
I invite everyone to make a backup. Only if you have done the backup and you are able to restore the device then you can write me relatively few bugs in the rom or any other problem.
So ATTENTION! … You did not do a Nandroid backup? … You are not able to restore the device? … Well, do not write to me, because I will not answer to you!!
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

baldos81, thank you for your work!
I'm still waiting for my phone but I've got two questions:
1) Does this ROM contain polish language?
2) Do you plannig KitKat update?
Polish language is included. For proximity sensor you need to calibrate it with Mobileuncletools, engineer mode, hardware testing, sensor ps sensor.
For now KK is not better than my rom… But perhaps in the near future I’ll work on a new rom… For now enjoy this fantastic 4.2.2 rom!
Thank You baldos81
Can't wait for my phone
Works great, but I cannot get GPS to work, can't find any satellites :-/
Ok so now GPS don't work even when I do restore via TWRP (sometimes finds 3 satellites MAX, but never FIX), i restored IMEI and everything. I'm gonna try restore via Flashtools and if that won't work then I suppose I'm screwd :-/
Sorry guys false alarm. I tried GPS in my office (by the window) and briefly outside. Normally it fixes ok but today was even bad weather which also can a factor. Nevertheless under the open sky i got fix within 5 seconds. So, great ROM, no objections so far
.
Power Saver Mode is automatically activated after a reboot.
How to remove it permanently?
Sorry, but what’s wrong with power save mode? It’s the better it’s active for battery life. Phone is already fast with it activated
Power-saving mode reduces performance. I do not need it.
I would like to be able to turn it off permanently.
please port this rom to Doogee DG800
Rom obsolete …… one star !
it is sad that you had to make multiple accs, just to thumbs up CM rom, and thumb down this one. and yes, it's based on TLOM's port, so? baldos's rom is by far the best one, and if not the best one, certainly the first one to implement some changes. CM11 is the same rom-same base-same port with some bloatware on top of it which can be easily installed manually.
as far as obsolete goes, porting KK isn't easy. it includes patching the kernel, and in most cases, due to mtk-closed source policy, it creates more problems than it solves
copied from TheLegendOfMart………..
Is it possible to replace the camera app of this rom with the original 4.2.9 camera app?
When the battery power falls to 15%, power saver is activated.
How to fix it?
