Download the file, then decompress it
If the device is not rooted flash the recovery using Flashtool (DOWNLOAD ONLY mode) and the scatter file included.
If the device is rooted you can extract the recovery.img file. copy it into the device, and flash recovery using app like Flashify/Rashr/etc.
