ROM is untouched and official. Not custom, not modified. They will probably provide some ROM updates through their update service, when available.

Make sure you select "Firmware Upgrade" when using SP Flash Tools.

this apperead when first time booting but when you press on it and do fingerprint unlock function the fingeprint doesnt work then it will disappear

Fingerprint sensor is not
My U20 Plus came from factory with Android 7.0 (as said on the black box too).
The Fingerprint scanner works perfect.
So I guess Factory must have done some HARDWARE change between the 6.0 and 7.0 phones, not just upgraded firmware.
I suggest those with an Android 6.0 phones keep their 6.0 version, or if flashed, they'd better revert back to 6.0. This 7.0 firmware will only be useful to those with an Android 7.0 phone which needs to be flashed.
