    Hi,

    I have fully tested this rom (rom before was AOSP 2.1) The rom is better than the first stock 4.4.
    But it is slower, mayb a little better in battery 20%, but 2-3G is VERY VERY slow!!!
    (gravitybox, titaniumBU, Rooting works fine…)
    Bootanimation are 2 parts in the zip why i can make another??
    Is there a solution to fix the weak 2-3G? Before i restore the batteryhungry AOSP? THANKS…

      In my phone 2g/3g work perfect, I have not any problem with this rom and battery is good! I use two days with one charge. Are your battery wrong?

    @geheimke,

    it's only signal indicator problem. I've checked it with Network Signal Info from GP and real readings are the same as in AOSP ROM.

    3G working very well with 0 or 1 mark on the indicator.

    Hi Tomekfsx,

    One big problem is rest me is the battery use. from 100 to 90 % in 1 -2  hour (not using state)
    I use greenity , startupmanger and greenpower.

    It's like if the the battery reach 100% at morning (charged) when you wake up than the battery going fast down.
    And from 15 to 1 % is even very fast. When i forget my alarm 30 minutes it takes me 20 % of my battery. (screen on and sound).

    I don't know if the battery is a 2600Mah i think more a 1800Mah (the cellphone is one month old).
    I use a original case with a window, maybe the sensor for that use many power??

    Regards

    Geheimke

    I think the OP has made a typing mistake. This is the official rom released by Doogee on 2014/08/15.

    No rom was released by Doogee on 2014/08/18

    Checked MD5 hashes of all the files.

    Why is this for mt6589 quad core and not 6592 octa core?

    Same problem here – back camera is not working …. Does it work for everyone else?

    So I'm using Mediatek's flash tool 5.1540 and have downloaded the ROM.  I did all this:

    "

    - Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
    - Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
    - Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
    - choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
       –> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
    - Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

    - "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
    - and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable."

    But the upgrade process never seems to start and the flash tool just sits there.  Any suggestions?
