If you want to swap PHONE MEMORY and EXTERNAL SD use this FIX  flashing it from recovery without wipe. However, instead of 1,1 gb internal memory, I advice to repartiton EBR1 and EBR2 to 7gb internal memory and install Apps in PHONE MEMORY.

To Enable XTheme Engine activate Xposed Installer and Xtheme Engine under Modules.

​STEP 1 : BACKUP  

 

​BEFORE MAKE ANYTHING — IMPORTANT– BACKUP YOUR IMEI NUMBER WITH MTK NVRAM TOOL. YOU CAN ALSO DOWNLOAD IT IN Links other than Needrom: 

WHEN INSTALLING THIS ROM YOU LOSE YOUR IMEI NUMBER SO YOU MUST DO THIS: YOU NEED TO HAVE ROOT ON YOUR PHONE AND A RECOVERY INSTALLED LIKE TWRP 2.7  

If you come from 4.2.9 Stock Rom you can root it with FRAMAROOT 1.93 –> Then install TWRP 2.7 in mobile unclemtktools with recovery update
 
PUT MTK NVRAM TOOL.zip into sdcard
 
ENTER TWRP RECOVERY :
Power off the phone, then do the following:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.

INSTALL MTK NVRAM TOOL.ZIP FROM SDCARD withouth any wipe. This is a fantastic AROMA TOOL, so you only need to backup your NVRAM, then exit and return to recovery.

ATTENTION: MOBILEUNCLETOOLS DOESN'T RESTORE IMEI IN ANDROID 4.4 SO YOU HAVE TO RESTORE IT ONLY WITH MTK NVRAM TOOL

 

 

STEP 2 : INSTALL AOSP ROM

 

IN  TWRP perform a full WIPE –> WIPE–> ADVANCED WIPE–> SELECT
   –  Dalvik Cache
   – Cache 
   – Data


Return to recovery main interface and Install zip from sdcard:
- Select your ROM FILE.ZIP –>  It will launch my installation procedure
- At the end, don't reboot, INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD –> MTK NVRAM TOOL.ZIP –> This will launch AROMA –> Restore your NVRAM/IMEI previously saved on your sdcard –> EXIT –> REBOOT SYSTEM
 
All done, Enjoy your new KitK4tAOSP ROM!! PATIENCE, THE FIRST BOOT IS ABOUT 5 MINUTES.

I invite everyone to make a nandroid backup. Only if you have done the backup and you are able to restore the device then you can write me relatively few bugs in the rom or any other problem.
So ATTENTION! … You did not do a Nandroid backup? … You are not able to restore the device? … Well, do not write to me, because I will not answer to you!!

    I updated camera with drivers of stock 25.09 which Thaurus sent to me. I don’t know if doogee has changed again camera in last phones, because my dg550 is dated may 2014. So, who has phone with camera not working, send to me lib folder of rom or system .img, boot.img and lk.bin. I’ll try to modify the rom, but I need your help not having phone to test

    Logged into needrom but when attempt to download latest ROM get a request for decryption key on the MEGA site. Why???

    ok if we can be useful we try, here is the stock rom complete that I posted a few weeks ago (https://mega.co.nz/#!qAcXHDbT!.....lFCtHNZRQMqMmXk), try to give him a look and take what you serves, I also tried the gps and even that does not work, not just integrates drivers can do some testing ..

    OK…success! And both cameras working fine. I've had mine since late spring so I think it is same hardware as baldos81. I posted that I had difficulty downloading…was asking for a decryption key. Just switched from Firefox to Chrome, turned off AdBlock and all went well. Still testing but all looks very good so far.

    Tomorrow I put here a link for 4.4.2 ALL WORKING + ROOT + 7GB STORAGE APP + IMEI CHANGE and everything for this device, I'm working now on APP improve performance on this device ;)

    Download for example 4.2.9 (flashable), go to system/media and copy bootaudio and shutaudio to your phone into same place.
