If you want to swap PHONE MEMORY and EXTERNAL SD use this FIX flashing it from recovery without wipe. However, instead of 1,1 gb internal memory, I advice to repartiton EBR1 and EBR2 to 7gb internal memory and install Apps in PHONE MEMORY.

To Enable XTheme Engine activate Xposed Installer and Xtheme Engine under Modules.

ROM SPECIFICATIONS:

Recovery under PowerMenu.
Density changed to 320.
No SIM notification deleted.
GPS OK.

STEP 1 : BACKUP

BEFORE MAKE ANYTHING — IMPORTANT– BACKUP YOUR IMEI NUMBER WITH MTK NVRAM TOOL. YOU CAN ALSO DOWNLOAD IT IN Links other than Needrom:

WHEN INSTALLING THIS ROM YOU LOSE YOUR IMEI NUMBER SO YOU MUST DO THIS: YOU NEED TO HAVE ROOT ON YOUR PHONE AND A RECOVERY INSTALLED LIKE TWRP 2.7

If you come from 4.2.9 Stock Rom you can root it with FRAMAROOT 1.93 –> Then install TWRP 2.7 in mobile unclemtktools with recovery update

PUT MTK NVRAM TOOL.zip into sdcard

ENTER TWRP RECOVERY :

Power off the phone, then do the following:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.

INSTALL MTK NVRAM TOOL.ZIP FROM SDCARD withouth any wipe. This is a fantastic AROMA TOOL, so you only need to backup your NVRAM, then exit and return to recovery.

ATTENTION: MOBILEUNCLETOOLS DOESN'T RESTORE IMEI IN ANDROID 4.4 SO YOU HAVE TO RESTORE IT ONLY WITH MTK NVRAM TOOL

STEP 2 : INSTALL AOSP ROM

IN TWRP perform a full WIPE –> WIPE–> ADVANCED WIPE–> SELECT
– Dalvik Cache
– Cache
– Data

Return to recovery main interface and Install zip from sdcard:

- Select your ROM FILE.ZIP –> It will launch my installation procedure

- At the end, don't reboot, INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD –> MTK NVRAM TOOL.ZIP –> This will launch AROMA –> Restore your NVRAM/IMEI previously saved on your sdcard –> EXIT –> REBOOT SYSTEM

All done, Enjoy your new KitK4tAOSP ROM!! PATIENCE, THE FIRST BOOT IS ABOUT 5 MINUTES.

I invite everyone to make a nandroid backup. Only if you have done the backup and you are able to restore the device then you can write me relatively few bugs in the rom or any other problem.

So ATTENTION! … You did not do a Nandroid backup? … You are not able to restore the device? … Well, do not write to me, because I will not answer to you!!

I was trying to migrate from my stock 4.4.2 with all the mods to this but its turning out to be VERY hard because i just CANT ENABLE SOFT KEYS with this…. with my current rom i have all hardware buttons disabled (light and function). They only light up to show notifications (buttonLed 1.6). And i have the line qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 on the build.prop to enable softkeys. WIth this rom i just cant get soft keys to work no matter what i try Too bad =/ Hope you fix this bug

Since i wont be using this rom (until someone discover how to enable soft keys)
Can you please tell me if there is any way to replace the stock call screen. When you try to call someone, or when someone is calling you, with the one you are using? I tried replacing the dialer.apk but didnt work. The bar on the stock one is almost pink, and yours use the orininal one which is a bright red
I already installed the google dialer 1.1 in the System/Priv-app and its working 100% but when i call someone, i get the same call screen

After a few days of use I am still impressed with the ROM…really wonderful work. But like others it is suffering from a rapid battery drain. Just something to keep in mind for the next release in case there is a way to improve battery performance. Thanks again for the hard work.

Only front camera. Cam drivers updated do not download without decription key.

  I downloaded it only through the Chrome browser. In other browsers were required key …. anyone here also wrote.

I have phone from the later series with rom from september. I corfim that rear camera does not work with newest cam drivers updated..

Dear god why.??? I flashed this rom dunno why. Hoped it would be awesom as so many users allready approved. But now my rear camera doesnt work. And phone cant detect my both sims. I allready had stock 4.4.2 kitkat when i got phone few days ago. Everything worked flawlesly. Now my phone is usless. Maybe i could do something if i could manage to get sp flash tools work properly. But i cant instal drivers properly i,m using windows 8.1. Can aynone help please. I want to get old setings back. i was complete idiot i always do backups but now i didnt. I,m doomed

Well i manage to get get sp flash tools working properly. Thx God. But my rear camera still dont work and my 2 sims also. Sim menagment under phone settings is not available i cant click on it. I flashed stock 4.4.2 rom found on doogee.cc official site but with no success. I backed up my imei with Mtk navram tools and i have it saved on my computer and sd card. Please Help

  If there throw back to the original 4.4.2 so would those cameras should work. A IMEI need to be backed up and restored using the MTK TOOL NVRAM as it is written in the description of this ROM. I did it and it’s fine. My camera on this ROM works …. depending on the date of manufacture of the phone.

Well Libor bro i manage to get my imeis back thx god after 2 days of suffering. But i still dont have back camera. When i enter camera it gives me front camer by default there is no button for switching between cameras. I flashed stock 4.4.2 rom from offical doogee site. I got my phone few days ago and probably newest camera is there. But i dont get it why front camer works and back camer not. Any suggestions?

  I had the same problem. Back camera is not. You must flash rom with SP Flash tool from http://www.android-tech.rocks/.....gger-dg550.html.
  Then is everything Ok.
