   Hi,

   I had tried to install it but after installation my phone is rebooting & not starting. Please let us the exact process.

   My Phone is ECOO E04 2 GB version.

   There is some issue in that ROM.Please check and install it again. 

   I will not sugget to install it.

   do you have selected Format + Download All in flash tool?

   it's importanto to select thise (yes you must check also the preloader option)

   using thise mode you lose all your data (like photo or music) do a backup in your pc first 

   It's also importanto to wait some minutes the first time boot, and if they go in bootloop wait somo loops before reflashing (check if is possible to go in recovery and mount system)

    

   you can aslo ceck when you are into bootimage to connect the phone to pc with adb, and please do thise command 

   adb remount

   adb shell

   cd /system

   l -ls (copy and paste the result)

   ls -R (copy and paste there the result)

   If you have any other problem you can report there

   For now all my tester reports that the rom is stable and working well

   no, it's not possible also because the new boot image change all partitions sectors , you must flash with Flash tool and you can't install the 4.4 CWM but only mine included in package compiled for Android 5.0

     I have Ecoo E04 2GB ram, With CWM 4 elephone,

     I tried to Flash your room with SP Flash-tool but the SP falsh-tool didn't show any progress bar or anything done.

     May you help me please ? Should i remove the CWM? and if i should how could i do that?

   I have tried this ROM on the 3gb version of the E04.  It bricks it.  This is down to the pre-loader.  To use on the 3gb version you need to replace the preloader with one from a working ROM.  I found the ROM to be a bit too buggy for daily use and switched back to a kitkat rom.  This ROM also caused the phone to get extremely hot and resulted in the same "battery too hot" messages as the official lollipop beta.  But the good news is this is a pre-rooted lollipop ROM so it's progress.

   I also managed to use the official lollipop ROM but with the CWM recovery included in this ROM.  Unfortunately it didn't provide much benefit.  You can't create a back up with this recovery and using it to flash SuperSU.zip in an attempt to root the official lollipop Rom resulted in a bootloop.

   maybe you don't have the correct driver for preloader and infact flash tool not working at all (CWM isn't a problem)

   Try also to change your boot image from stock lollipop rom , the "hot" problem is origined by some error in kernel governor, but we known mediatek never relase thise source and until a next relase i can't do manything for thise. If you change the boot image the situation return "normal" but sometimes the governor going mad and the temperature became too hot

   For CWM is a alpha test used only for root, now i'm going to relase a new version of TWRP for lollipop rom that allow to do a system backup with Nvram lk preloader and something (it's a beta not working at all mounting /data and internal sd card partition)

   When you try to modify system it going into bootloop because there is a file named recovery-from-boot.p that control the integrity of the system 

   (you can try also 

   adb remount

   adb shell

   adb -r recovery-from-boot.p

   )

    

   but maybe the problem is also into boot sector and you must patch him (like my patched boot.img)

   Just bought you a coffee as a thanks for your work. Although Ecoo is releasing updates I am delighted to see some good custom ROM's coming up. Any chance you will get the fingerprint scanner to work on your ROM you think?
