This is port based on Redmi Note wcdma multilanguage
Last stabile version of xiaomi.eu V7.2.1
instruction of installation:
-Install TWRP recovery
-restart to recovery
-wipe data ….cache….dalvik
-Install "Miui_Coolpad_F1_Multilang_Stabile_V7.3.1.0.KHDCNDA_v7-4.4.zip"
-rebot phone
first start may take a long time
OK you have miui

install patch "Audio Patch.zip" in recovery

If you dont like orignal player on notification bar
install root explorer and delete statusbar_music.maml
from data/data/com.android.systemui/files/

gps is not working when the screen is off.
do yo know any app that can keep gps signal locked for ex. during using endomondo (while riding bike)?
i've tried gps locker and gps keeper lite – both of them not work.
I have the same problem on Multilang_Coolpad_F1_6.1.28_v7-4.4 and Multilang_Coolpad_F1_6.1.21_v7-4.4 version. I triad to use Endomondo and SportTracker. Result is the same.
i came back to 6.1.28 build and gps works fine.
for me is like the best miui rom for coolpad f1 for now.

For the gps problem just google guys, its not that hard
Settings\Additional Settings\Battery & performance\Manage apps' battery use\Choose apps\<Your app, e.g. Runtastic>
and pick Allowed in the Background Location section.
How is the camera pic quality??
