than follow the instruction ,
1. Copy the file to the root of the SD card and insert in your mobile
2. Enter recovery mode
3. Backup user data –> BACKUP BACKUP and BACKUP
4. Wipe data
6. Wipe cache
7. Apply update from SDcard
8. Reboot
When phone is [Off]
Press and hold [Vol+] and [Power button] at the same time
Use [Vol-] and [Vol+] to browse through mene
Use powerbutton for [Enter]
Wipe data/factory reset
Confirm
Wipe cache partition
Confirm
Reboot system now

Otherwise good rom bur a few downsides i've noticed so far:
- no backlight on buttons and the breathing light do not work
- quite few languages on a multilanguage rom
