DESCRIPTION
This is not a ROM , It's only Google APPs to fix Google play, Hangout, other google apps. So you will keep the official ROM but this will fix it.
You Need:
1- Rooted Mobile
2- Clock Work Mod
To fix Google play in Galaxy Note 3 Vitas ( 3GB/32GB or 2GB/16GB ), Just install the included ZIP file using CWM recovery.
I recommend backup your current rom and data using Clock Work Mod recovery BACKUP/RESTORE option.
It's better to clear cash + User data ( Factory Reset ) to be sure it will work (Warning : This will make you loose all your APPs and Data ).
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

I have a ; SE HDC Galaxys Note 3 Sunny II- MTK6592 Octa Core 1.7GHz 5.7inch FHD IPS OGS Screen 2GB RAM Android 4.3 Phone it was getting an update to an application and in the end had to restart the phone and I did, and that's the problem that fails to restart my phone. The screen turns on and freezes on the screen that says: (Imagination is more important than knowledge) and does not finish

Try this :
Turn the mobile off
Press volume down and keep pressing it
Press power and keep pressing it
both VOL- and POWER should be pressed , VOL- should be first to be pressed
if you see the factory mood, Make factory reset and clear all user data
try it
Please send me ROM 4,4 to HDC Note 3 9002…. I'm not foud especific ROM help me guy…. thanks.
