I’ve managed to install the recovery. I had to use SPFlashTool with *.IMG file. Flashing directly from the phone did not work.
But I have another problem. My camera records videos in 480p red only and 3gp format. Please fix it for a FullHD and mp4 format, as in stock ROM.

Yep. The video is not HD. Only 480p. Not good guys. I didn’t notice that, otherwise a great ROM.

Another bug: with a pattern lock set, on the locked screen the camera app do not start (when slide to the right on the locked screen).

You mean I having issues with Titanium backup to restore application and Skype and Viber (don't work) because I made the upgrade from 4.2.2?

Rom looks good but after restarting phone I've 1,1 GB used RAM , 890 free . It's ok ?

Mmhh,
i used CM Kitkat with my old Samsung Galaxy S with MicroSD card without any problems with Titanium. So i think it is not only a KitKat problem.
