   I have tried to install the Google Play with several solutions out there.

   I keep getting the "Sorry Google Play services has stopped." popup every second or so. I have tried all the typical solutions (reinstalling, deleting cache, deleting data, updating)…

   NOT WORKING!

   AH! Fixed it!

   Went to Settings, App Management, and gave all the permissions to:

   - Download Manager

   - Any app that started with "Google" (Services, Services Framework, Play, etc). I noticed that even Gmail didn't have access to Google Mail. :/

    

   Anyway. Popup is gone!
