I think there is something wrong is done file is relatively small.
usually they are between 700 and 1gb

  there was no problem with waking up. Just pressing home or power button and it's ok.

Guys, in flash tool select a firmware upgrade?
Сhoose the format and download, as a result of the phone will not boot (hangs constantly launch icon)
