For those who need the signed firmware, below are the Marshmallow firmware that I have.
CID HTC__621
MID 0P6B11000
How to install firmware :

Install latest TWRP 3.0.2-0

Download fw_6.20.709.2.zip
-
Download and restore 6.20.709.2
-
After restore is complete, go to reboot menu then select reboot to bootloader

Depends on where you put the fw_6.20.709.2.zip – must be in fastboot/adb folder (or anywhere if using system-wide adb/fastboot) – open command promt

Run these commands
fastboot oem lock
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip fw_6.20.709.2.zip
you'll see ERROR/FAILED, repeat
fastboot flash zip fw_6.20.709.2.zip
fastboot reboot
Done … now you have stock Marshmallow.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
THERE IS NO 6.20.709.2 in the restore in twrp
