Infocus M810t – Qualcomm Snapdragon 801

Full ROM = VNA-416C-0-00WW-A01-update.zip (Size about 1GB)
Update only = VNA-416C-0-00WW-A01-416B-0-00WW-A01-update

Flash the files via the Recovery

- Android 5.0.2 Lollipop
- Play Store & Gapps included
- Build 00WW_4_16C
- Not rooted

How to flash if your on 4.4 KitKat with Root

0. Be sure that you have enough battery on the phone before you start
1. Download "VNA-416C-0-00WW-A01-update.zip" from needrom, transfer it to the phone
2. Unroot the phone, with root it will likely fail to update correctly
3. Reboot into the stock recovery, can also be done via ADB command with "adb reboot recovery"
4. Inside the recovery, choose "Flash & apply the update", then choose the VNA-416C-0-00WW-A01-update.zip and confirm it
5. After that it will load and verify the update.zip, if everything is ok, it will start to flash
6. Now just wait, this can take a while! when done, reboot and it again, the first time it will take long time!
7. You should end up at the start screen and the phone should be running Lollipop now
8. The first time the phone is ready, do a factory reset from inside the settings! this is important, else you will only see 1GB free storage, but after a factory reset you will see the full storage.
9. If you for some unknown reason want to revert back to 4.4 KitKat, it is possible very easy by going to https://www.needrom.com/download/infocus-m810t/ and follow the instructions there, basically you just download the 4.4 ROM and run a .bat file and everything will be done for you.

can I use this rom in my M2?

    just asking

Neither Kingroot nor IRoot will root this (either Android or Windows versions of their apps), just as an FYI.  And the "boot to fastboot" method listed elsewhere doesn't seem to work either.  Would appreciate if anybody finds a way to root it once updated to Lollipop.

Can use this Rom with Infocus M810T

Yes you can, basically they are the same phone. Please be advised that with this ROM the wifi of  the phone looses a lot of coverage, so much that you have o be at few meters of the router to stay conected. Absolutely useless

I can not confirm that, I have the 5.0.2 on my M810t and my WiFi is fine, even 10 meters away I still have 80% speed and signal.

Maybe something went wrong when you tried the ROM?

Can someone explain to me how to do this: "Flash the files via the Recovery".

This is my first flash, I have problems update to lollipop getting this message:

    "/hidden/data/CDA/100A0/CDA/setting.xml" has unexpected contents.

    Installation aborted

    Hi ubrjacopo

I have successfully done the install, works nice, I have just 1 issue, the 4G connection was lost and the my phone only uses 3.5G connecction.

s7yler thanks for this ROM; do you have any idea how to solve the lost 4G connection? before this my phone was able to download at 7Mbps and now just 3Mbps; In the settings there is an option called "enhanced 4G LTE mode" that is ON but never show me up the connection at 4G speed and when I tested this results are like 50% less than before.
